Lindsey Stringer has 14+ years of experience across a wide variety of technology functions. From cybersecurity and data strategy, to product development, infrastructure operations, and governance, Lindsey is a strategist at heart supporting social impact organizations and cultivating talent. She loves solving thorny problems.
She was at TNTP “The New Teacher Project” for 11 years, starting in consulting and eventually leading the Technology department as Vice President of Technology. Prior to joining TNTP, she was a product manager for a technology innovator in online K-12 assessments and analytics and worked on the wicked problem of (lack of) K-12 data interoperability including a pre-cursor to the Ed-Fi standards. She began her career teaching fifth grade in Baltimore City.
Lindsey holds four degrees: a BA in Plan II Honors and a BBA in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin; an MA in Teaching from The Johns Hopkins University; and an MPAff from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin.
She lives in her hometown of Austin, Texas with her husband and three kids and is an active member of several community organizations, an ambitious around-the-house DIYer, and a gardener.
